The Existence of Intelligent Extraterrestrial Life
The middle image may be hard to tell what it is, at this small size. I'm standing on the entrance ramp to the interstate. What I was trying to portray is the idea of "merging". While on the ramp, the two guys pulling the flatbed trailer, pulled off to stabilize their load. I loved the fact that they did not seem to think it odd at all that some woman was walking along the interstate taking photos. On a sad note, I saw at least three different men with backpacks hitchhiking so maybe its become commonplace to see the dispossessed on the highways.

I think the answer is "no."
When I was young I used to hitchhike up and down the West Coast. I loved it and collected some great stories. I was young, fearless, footloose, and, now I remember, I was poor.
