Remain Focused On Moving

Should I remain in Chattanooga or remain focused on moving to Atlanta?
To me, each of these images is about the space between object rather than the objects themselves - the gaps.  In the first image, it's especially emphasized in the way the first half of the books is solid, revealing the graphic element on the spines.  But suddenly, the books spill over and the graphic is broken up and no longer legible (but check out those luminous highlights!)  In the second image, the space between the chair and the desk is prominent and, very intriguing, is the gap between Washington and the globe. Where you going with this, Beth? It brings to mind something I heard somewhere - that life is what happens in the moments between events.  (Since I don't know the question when I take the photos, I wasn't responding to the question with these images.  This relationship is just something that occurred to me while comparing the two after the fact.)

That was from the lyric of John Lennon's song Beautiful Boy - "life is what happens to you when you are busy making plans".

This is totally ot, but for a really spectacular moving tribute to the music of John Lennon, check out the new album by the genius jazz guitarist Bill Frisell. This is an artist who completely lives in the moment.
