Winner of July's Best Question Contest

At last, all the questions are in and posted.  For this quarter's contest, I thought the question, "Can true love last a lifetime?" to be the most interesting.  So congratulations to this caller for a question that I am sure we have all asked ourselves.

The answer? I think the choice of the word "can" makes all the difference.  I wonder if the pictures would have been different if they had asked "does true love last", as in all cases of true love.  HOWEVER, they also specified true love, not just any old love. So, to re-phrase the question, IF it is true love, can it last a lifetime? Many say you find your answer in the formation of the question.

Beyond that, here is my take on the images.  I'm going to assume the cherubic statue represents the object of my true love.  The dead branches followed by the blossoms doesn't tell me whether it lasts a lifetime but they do suggest to me that true love takes a dead life and makes it bloom.
